Giorgi Amiranashvili (b. 1989) is a Georgian legal scholar specializing in private law with extensive academic and research experience. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, where he has been actively engaged since 2014 in various academic and administrative roles. In addition, he holds appointments as Associate Professor at Alte University, Georgian International University, and Kutaisi University, and is a Junior Fellow at the Institute of European and Comparative Private Law, University of Girona, Spain. His career includes positions as Senior Research Scientist at the European University, consultant for Save the Children, and numerous visiting lectureships. Amiranashvili has contributed to international research projects, received prestigious scholarships (Max Planck Institute, UNIDROIT, Swiss Institute of Comparative Law), and published widely in private law, labour law, and European legal integration. He is also active on editorial boards and professional networks, with awards recognizing his scholarly achievements.
